Wild & Wonderful: A Poetry Reading & Open Mic presented by the Dandelion Scribes

Join the Dandelion Scribes at McCreary County Public Library in celebration of Poetry Month!

Dandelion Scribes is a Big South Fork-based online poetry publication, uplifting writers from our rural Appalachian communities in eastern KY & TN. April is Poetry Month, and the Scribes will be writing new poems all month long. At the end of the month, they will present a poetry reading featuring locally-based core contributors, and we invite the wider community to come and share some poems of their own in our open-mic!

We hope to inspire creativity near and far. Come celebrate with us, enjoy poetry performed by local authors, and share your words before an audience of friends & neighbors! FREE EVENT!

Cost: FREE, with donations to the Dandelion Scribes poetry publication accepted at the event. The Scribes are raising funds to publish a new book of poetry.
